Ben (brother) is responsible for scheduling each stage of our clients' building projects and organising all the sub trades so they and their materials arrive on site at the appropriate time. Ben also meets clients on site to finalise the layout of concrete drives, clothesline pads, paths etc and to handover homes.

Jeremy Smithson - Construction Manager |

Jeremy (brother) manages all the carpenters, apprentices and labourers. Jeremy is one of the largest employers of carpentry apprentices and has trained more apprentices in the lower north island than any other residential building company.
