".....I am writing to say a big heartfelt thank you for our awesome new home. With a modest budget we thought our only option was to buy an older existing home but after chatting with Dave we were very pleased to be able to build brand new and avoid the cost of future renovations and maintenance that older homes require. Building second time around with Homecreators was even more fun because of my total confidence in the entire team including the sub contractors like O'Hagen Electrical, Bryant Plumbing, Nulook, Affordable Kitchens and Kapiti Carpet Court. It was awesome to be able to deal with local people with heaps of experience who consistently give great advice and service and to be able to support these long standing local businesses again.
I had forgotten how easy, enjoyable and stress free the whole building process can be with Homecreators because with a team where everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout it just makes it seem so easy, and our home sprung up in no time at all despite the wet winter weather of 2009.
I am really happy to recommend Hoemcreators to anyone looking to build brand new. It costs nothing to have a quote and specification prepared so why wouldn't you?

HOMECREATORS design support is excellent, and their flexible approach allowed us to make significant improvements to the design and specification of the house along the way. The standard of the build and fittings are high quality, which has been endorsed by an independent building inspection service. "........We have built twice now with Homecreators, firstly our own new house, then a commercial building for our business. The home is outstanding - definately the warmest and most user friendly place we have ever lived in. The house was completed in timely fashion, without delays or excuses. The team was great to work with and we really appreciate the extra effort that went into complete our project.
The commercial building was again done within the timeframe and budget, which like all projcts, was extremely important to us!. Any issues with interfacing with existing buildings and boundaries were addressed with minimal fuss, allowing us to get on with our own work, rather than worrying about the building project. Many thanks to the Homecreators team for making this process so enjoyable"

"......I would like to compliment you (insurance company) on your choice of Homecreators Homes to rebuild our house after it was destroyed by fire. In little more than two months they have completely rebuilt our home, starting work on removing the original foundations immediately on getting the contract. We have been particularly impressed with the efficiency and quality of their operation starting with their own design capabilities and co-ordinating the different stages of the job with sub-contractors working smoothly alongside the builders without any delays. After the frustations of the initial delays, it has been a delight to work with these people.

".......Having emigrated from the UK, it was our long term aim to build a house. We were fortunate enough to find a Homecreators home under construction which fitted our needs. During this time we were renting one of your properties and became aware of the high standard of your construction. We were equally impressed with your customer service and the team were extremely helpful in addressing all our questions promptly and courteously. .......... Having purchased a rural block of land that came with many covenants and council restrictions building was starting to look rather difficult. After talking to several other designers, we met with Dave and Bernadette and they made it seem so easy. Dave came up with a design that was perfect fit for our limited building platform and our budget! We knew from previous experience that building a home is never completely stress free, but the process with Homecreators certainly eliminated most of the problems we had encountered before. The whole process is made as easy as possbile for the client. We had a great team of builders on our site and they very patiently answered any questions and concerns we had - Thanks guys. We are very happy with our home and would definately use Homecreators again.

"....When we decided to re-locate our investments by building in Waikanae, Homecreators put forward their TRIP proposal for us to consider. After meeting we returned to the UK and within days were sent draft plans and informed of the other requirements that needed to be met to fulfill the resource consent criteria. Shortly after, a quote followed and the whole process then continued in an efficient and speedy manner. Apart from being kept up to date with the key milsestones, the level of workmanship & professionalism shown by the team at Homecreators was second to none. We returned to NZ with our two new houses almost complete. We are currently using Homecreators again and would recommend them to anyone comtemplating having a new home built."
